AworX connects elite Arab creative talent with clients who value quality work. These guidelines exist to ensure that every interaction on the platform is professional, safe, and fair for talents and clients alike. By using AworX, you agree to uphold these standards.

AworX is a professional creative marketplace. All members, talents and clients, are expected to treat each other with respect at all times.

• Communicate politely, clearly, and professionally in all messages and requests
• Give constructive feedback. Criticism must be focused on the work, not the person
• Respect cultural differences; AworX serves a diverse Arab and global community
• ⚠Harassment, insults, threats, or intimidation of any kind
• ⚠Discriminatory language based on nationality, religion, gender, age, or background
• ⚠Sending unsolicited promotional messages or spam to other users

Trust is the foundation of every transaction on AworX. Misrepresentation of any kind damages that trust and harms the community.

• ✓Present your skills, experience, and portfolio accurately
• ✓Describe projects and budgets truthfully when submitting work requests
• ✓Disclose any conflict of interest or limitation before accepting a project
• ⚠Claiming skills or experience you do not possess
• ⚠Using AI-generated work and presenting it as hand-crafted without disclosure
• ⚠Creating fake accounts or impersonating other users

AworX is built on creative work. Every piece of content uploaded to or created through the platform must respect intellectual property rights.

• Only submit original work that you created or have the legal right to use
• If your work incorporates licensed assets (fonts, music, stock footage), include license proof
• Collaborative ownership must be clearly agreed upon in writing before the project begins
• ⚠Uploading copied, plagiarized, or stolen work from other creators
• ⚠Reusing deliverables from one client for another without explicit permission
• ⚠Violating copyright, trademark, or patent rights

Clients on AworX expect premium results. Talents are responsible for delivering work that matches the agreed scope, quality standard, and deadline.

• Agree only to projects you are confident you can complete on time
• Communicate proactively if circumstances change. Notify the client before a deadline passes, not after
• Deliver work that genuinely meets or exceeds the brief, not a minimum-effort submission
• ⚠Submitting placeholder or low-effort work to trigger payment release
• ⚠Disappearing mid-project without communication after payment has been placed in escrow
• ⚠Repeatedly missing agreed deadlines without prior notice

All project communication must happen within AworX. This protects both parties and ensures we can resolve any disputes fairly.

• Respond to messages within 48 hours during active projects
• Document all scope changes, agreements, and approvals through the platform messaging system
• Be upfront about any creative limitations or technical constraints before starting work
• ⚠Moving conversations off-platform to avoid AworX's oversight or fee structure
• ⚠Making verbal or WhatsApp-only agreements and claiming they override platform terms

AworX uses an escrow system to protect both clients and talents. The integrity of this system depends on honest participation from everyone.

• Always process payments through AworX | never pay or request payment directly
• Release payment only after you have genuinely reviewed and approved the final deliverable
• Report any suspicious financial activity or payment requests to AworX support immediately
• ⚠Attempting to arrange direct payments to bypass platform fees
• ⚠Withholding payment approval without legitimate revision requests
• ⚠Submitting false transfer receipts or manipulating payment records

Users share sensitive information with each other in the course of creative work. Handle it responsibly.

• Keep any personal, financial, or confidential information shared by the other party private
• Do not store or use a client's project files beyond what was agreed for the project
• Request only the data you genuinely need to complete the project
• ⚠Sharing another user's contact details, banking info, or files with third parties
• ⚠Using project materials for your own commercial purposes without client consent
