Terms and Conditions
By using the AworX platform, you agree to all the following terms:
Definition of AworX Platform
A platform that brings together project owners + talents + supporters and provides spaces for production and creative work, and is not considered a direct executing entity for projects unless agreed upon independently
Financial Fees
•Platform fee: 10% per transaction
•Talent commission on withdrawal: 15%
Payment fees via Moyasar:
•Mada: 1%
•Credit cards: 2.75%
•International: +1%
•Refund/fraud: 1 SAR per transaction
Intellectual Property
Open Projects
- •Ownership of the core idea belongs to the project owner
- •The talent retains the right to execute it and its artistic assets
- •AworX owns a non-exclusive license to display and promote
Private Projects
- •Ownership fully returns to the client
- •With a limited display license for the platform for documentation and service introduction purposes
Closed Projects
Ownership 100% belongs to the client
Refund Policy
•Open ← No refunds
Private/Closed ←
•Full refund before execution begins
•50% refund during execution
•If part of the package is delivered, refund equals only the missing part
Revision Policies
•Two free revisions per package
•Additional revisions = half the package price
Liability Limits
AworX is not responsible for:
- •Quality of work provided by talents
- •Delays resulting from project owners or artists
- •Disputes between parties within the platform
